梨泥 Pear Puree



梨泥:新鲜的梨去皮切块放在研磨器上研磨成泥。

即可以吃梨泥,也可以喝甜梨水,不需要再加冰糖蜂蜜之类的调味品。

**我选的梨已经熟透,果肉非常软所以没有蒸了。

梨子营养好又易于消化,有效于帮助舒缓便秘,也不容易引起过敏。

梨性寒,可润肺生津、清肺热,从而止咳祛痰,但宝宝腹泻时不宜吃梨。
梨泥 Pear Puree
Method:
1 ripe pear

1. Peel and de-seed a fully ripened pear
2. Mash or puree as needed for your baby's preference
3. Add cereal (if desired) to thicken up.

You may wish to steam pear chunks for a bit to soften them and enable easier digestion for a younger baby who starts solids at 4 months of age.

Pears are an excellent 1st food starter because it helps with reflux and baby constipation
