草莓巧克力饼 Chocolate Strawberry Twill

材料A:
牛油-180克
糖粉-100克
巧克力糕-1茶匙
蛋黄-1粒

材料B:
玉米粉-20克
可可粉-20克
奶粉-20克
面粉-200克

装饰:
草莓巧克力、烤香杏仁碎粒-适量

做法:
1)将材料A搅拌至松发,加入所有材料B拌成软面团。
2)取一小茶匙面团放在手中搓成圆形。
3)将饼干排列在烤盘上,放入预热烤箱,以150度烘烤15-20分钟。
4)饼干冷却后,表面挤上草莓巧克力及撒上杏仁碎粒装饰。

Ingredients A:
Butter-180g
Icing Sugar-100g
Chocolate Emulco-1 tsp
Egg Yolk-1 no

Ingredients B:
Corn Flour-20g
Cocoa Powder-20g
Milk Powder-20g
Plain Flour-200g

Decoration:
Chocolate Strawberry, Roasted Almond Nibs

Method:
1) Combine and beat ingredients A till creamy, add in ingredients B and mix till combined.
2) Take 1 teaspoon of the dough and make it into round shaped.
3) Arrange them in baking tray, bake at 150°C for 15-20 minutes till done.
4) When cookies are cooled, decorate with strawberry chocolate and almond nibs.
