材料A:
牛油 150克
糖粉 120克
蛋黄 2个
材料B:(过筛)
面粉 200克
粟粉 50克
材料C:(浸入热水,沥干)
干杂果 150克
做法:
1)将材料A搅拌打至幼滑,用橡皮刮刀慢慢拌入材料B和C。
2)用汤匙把面团分成小粒,排在抹了油的烤盘内。用手把面团稍微压扁。
3)放入预热烤箱。以180度烘20分钟或至熟透即可。
小贴士:
干杂果浸过热水再用来烘,就不会硬。

Ingredients A:

120g icing sugar
2 egg yolks
Ingredients B: (sift)
200g plain flour
50g corn flour
Ingredients C: (Soak in hot water, then drain)
150g dried mix-fruits
Method:
1) Mix ingredients A and beat until creamy. Use a spatula, slowly stir in Ingredients B and C.
2) Divide dough into small balls and arrange in a greased baking tray.
3) Bake in preheated oven at 180'C for 20 minutes or until cooked.
Tips:
Soak dried mix-fruits with hot water before baking to prevent hardening.
