焞了鲜橙银耳川贝糖水给他们喝,我和宝宝也一起喝!

功效:安眠健胃、养阴清热及止咳化痰~

鲜橙银耳川贝糖水

材料:
鲜橙-2个
泡软雪耳-100克
川贝-10克
石蜂糖-适量
滚水-1.5公升

做法:
1)将鲜橙去皮,切块后放入炖盅内,并加入其余材料和滚水。
2)盖上,放入蒸炉,以中火隔水炖制1个小时,加入适量石蜂糖调味即可。

**川贝:性味苦、甘、凉,具有止咳化痰、清热散结、润肺的功效,有“止咳化痰圣药”之称。

Orange with Fritillary & White Fungi

Ingredients:
2 nos Orange
100g soaked white fungi
10g fritillary
rock honey sugar
1.5 litres boiling water

Method:
1) Peel the oranges, cut into pieces and put in a double boiler, add in the rest of ingredients and boiling water.

2) Cover up and double boil in lidded steamer of boiling water over medium heat for 1 hour. Add in the rock honey sugar, remove from heat, serve.
