马铃薯洋葱汤 Potato & Onion Soup


这是一道老少都适合常食用的汤~此汤具有促进成长、强壮肋骨、活化细胞、增加免疫系统、脑力和记忆力等效益。tomato含多种营养素!

This soup is suitable for both young and old! it can help to promote growth, strengthen muscles and bones, activate cells, and improve immunity and brain power. Tomato is known to contain a variety of nutrients, the best being lycopene.


材料:
排骨-250g
马铃薯-1个
番茄-2个
红萝卜-1支
洋葱-半个
胡椒粒-1大匙

调味料:
盐-适量

做法:
1. 马铃薯、红萝卜去皮切块,洋葱去皮切块、番茄切块。
2. 排骨放入沸水中烫去血水,捞起沥干、备用。
3. 将所有材料放入汤锅内,加入6杯水,以大火煮滚后,转小火煲约1小时。
4. 加盐调味即可。

Ingredients:
250g Pork Ribs
1 Potato
2 Tomatoes
1 Carrot
1/2 Onion
1/2 tbsp peppercorns

Seasoning:
dash of salt

Method:
1. Peel and cut potato and carrot into pieces. Remove skin and cut onion into pieces. Cut tomatoes into pieces.
2. Scald pork ribs in boiling water to remove blood. Remove and drain well.
3. Place all ingredients in a soup pot and add in 6 cups of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and continue to simmer for about 1 hour.
4. Season with salt to taste.

小贴士 Tasty Tips:
-煮汤要用够熟、够红的番茄味道比较浓,也更有效益。
-也可改用牛腩,牛肉的营养丰富,含多量蛋白质,是完全蛋白质,容易被人体吸收。
-Ripe and reddish tomatoes are best for brewing of soups as they provide richer flavour and better effects.
-If you prefer, you may use beef brisket or beef instead. Beef is rich in nutrients and complete protein that are easily absorbed by our body.
