香烤紫菜鳕鱼丝
香烤紫菜鳕鱼丝

材料:
鳕鱼丝-290g
寿司紫菜-1包有10片
蛋白 (收口用)

做法:
1)将紫菜剪成一寸的宽度,备用。
2)取4条鳕鱼丝折两折,用一小段剪好紫菜将鳕鱼丝卷起,用蛋白收口。
3)放入预热烤箱140°度(开风扇),烤约15分钟。(我家烤箱150°烤20分钟)

**我用了2包大包的大发鳕鱼及一包小包的大发鳕鱼(分别是120g及50g)

全部排列整齐在烤盘上面

烤好啦~很脆很爽口!
